Trying Green beans
Trying Squash
First Foods!
After waiting until they were officially 6 months old, we started with rice cereal! One of the nice things about twins is that Mitch and I each get to do something for the first time! I fed Mackenzie her rice cereal and Mitch fed Cooper.
As you can tell by Cooper's face in his photo, he was not a fan! Mackenzie just pushed in around with her tongue, I don't think she swallowed any of it! However, she was very interested in the spoon and did a very good job of getting it to her mouth!

New High Chairs
After asking many women what type of high chairs to purchase, I decided on the Fisher Price space saver chairs and we LOVE them!!! They fit on our dinning room chairs and will later convert to booster seats. The colors and patterns are adorable and very easy to use with just one hand! They also recline for bottle feeding. I'm not trying to convince anyone, but we do love them!
Mitch decided he wanted to make their baby food. SO we went to Mitch's favorite store, William Sonoma and bought a very nice food processor and a couple of baby food books. In the photo he is making squash, but he also made pears, green beans, peas, and carrots! Now I just need to learn how to do it since he won't be around as much now that he is stationed on the USS Carl Vinson aircraft carrier.
