Mitch and I had to be out of the house for 4 hours for Orkin to spray our house for bugs. That is a long time to be gone with newborn twins! The San Diego zoo is free for active duty military and the weather here was perfect, so we thought, why not! We had a great time, Cooper and Mackenzie were wonderful and we didn't have anyone bother us. We will definitely be back!
Oh, what a great day!! I have such a love/hate relationship with the zoo ~ I LOVE to go and I love the animals, but by the time I leave I'm depressed and I want to let them all out of their cages . . . well, except the scary ones. :)
